Before trying to escalate an unresolved issue to City Power  it is preferable that you register to be a user on LogNow.

City Power  Meter No
CoJ account number

Now Click on Get my Current position is you are at the address impacted by the power issue.

Else

Enter Street No

Then start typing your street no# and road name

Once you confirm your address information in the City of Joburg check the Box

YES

Complete the rest of your form and click SUBMIT

Log Now will escalate your information to City Power and engage the official stakeholder(s).

Also, Log Now will engage with you by email. It  is essential that you monitor the escalation process until the issue has been resolved.
