Register by click on the icon above

By registering on lognow the solution, lognow will fill in forms to save you valuable time filling in the forms.

After registering complete the registration process and complete the process.

Note – Log Now allows you to log issues on behalf of other ratepayers.

– City Power Meter No
– Joburg Water Meter no

This information is used when logging issues with the an entity and is strictly confidential and protected by POPI Act.

LOG AN ISSUE CITY POWER

Log issue by clicking on the Power Icon

Log the type of issue

You will then be transferred to the City Power website to log your issue with the entity.

NOTE : If you have not registered on the City Power website you will be unable to log your issue.

After logging your issue save your City Power Ref No  eg CPWEB2801234

ESCALATING AN ISSUE

Should City Power have not attend to your issue within 5 hours return back to Lognow to escalate the issue.
