Requirements to Log a City Power issue
City Power is implementing new changes with regards to how customers log calls.
To continue improving how we render our service to you, we have enhanced our call logging system and made the necessary changes which include mandatory details before we respond to the outage calls.
From Monday the 22nd NOV’21, City Power will demand that any customer calling to report an outage, should ensure that mandatory fields include:
🛑 Account Number
🛑 Meter Number
The field mandatory will apply for all customers when logging calls using our website LogNow.co.za SmartCity.
